Vortenza is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect no personal data. Vortenza tools run calculations directly in your browser. Your inputs and results are never sent to our servers.

We use third-party analytics (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns such as page views and general location (country-level). This data is anonymised and cannot be used to identify you individually.

2. How we use information

Aggregate analytics data is used solely to:

  • Understand which tools are most useful
  • Identify pages that may have performance or usability issues
  • Guide decisions about which new tools to build next

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing.

3. Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and sessions. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.

4. Google AdSense disclosure

Vortenza may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to Vortenza or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Third-party vendors may also use non-personalised cookies to serve ads based solely on page content.

Vortenza uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics: aggregate traffic analytics
  • Google AdSense: advertising (if applicable)

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vortenza after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
